美军频谱认证过程研究

对美军频谱认证过程(DOD SCP)进行了研究,分析了美军频谱认证过程提出的原因和频谱认证中各机构的角色定位、相互关系以及操作流程,分析了美军频谱认证过程实施中遇到的问题,总结了美军解决这些问题采取的措施,分析了美军2007年新的国防频谱管理战略计划的主要特点和战略取向,分析了美军全球电磁信息系统(GEMSIS)的目标和主要特点,分析了联合构想2020(Joint Vision 2020)计划各部分之间的关系,提出了对我国频谱管理的启示。     

公安边防部队参与涉外联合行动的现状和发展趋势探析

目前公安边防部队参与涉外联合行动主要包括联合执法打击跨国犯罪、承担维和任务维护世界和平、参与涉外联合演习打击恐怖主义等形式。随着国家间联合协作的不断加强,公安边防部队参与涉外联合行动朝着合作范围不断扩大、合作模式更加多样、执法一体化日益明显的趋势发展。     

悬置螺母的载荷分布及优化设计

本文在全面考虑螺旋付变形和建立合理的力学模型的基础上,导出了悬置螺母载荷分布计算的矩阵表达式,并以载荷分布均匀为目标对其结构参数进行了优化。优化结果较好地改善了悬置螺母的载荷分布状况,显示出良好的应用前景。     

以联合训练推动军种训练提质增效

联合训练以军种训练为基本支撑,形成作战能力的关键在于军种训练与联合训练的无缝衔接。在新的领导指挥体制下,战区作为组织开展联合训练的主体,必须将军种训练纳入战区联合训练的整体计划。因此,军种训练要从标准体系、训练内容、组训模式等方面进行革新优化,切实将军种作战能力融合形成联合作战能力。本文针对当前军种在训练过程中出现的思维转变慢、训法不灵活和联训质效偏低等问题,着眼联训需求、部队建设实际以及战争发展方向,从提升联合素养、深化联合观念、丰富训练内容、引入智能化军事训练方法、优化训练环境、督导训练落实等方面提出了对策建议,以期以联合训练牵引军种训练提质增效,切实推动联合训练不断向高水平跃升。     

Reliability of a two-dimensional demand-based networked system with multistate components

Existing research on multistate system reliability has mainly focused on one-dimensional systems such as parallel systems, linear sliding window systems, and linearly consecutively connected systems. However, two-dimensional networked systems widely exist in real-world applications such as lighting systems, monitoring systems, and computer network systems. This research considers a two-dimensional networked system consisting of multistate components. The system fails if the cumulative performance of any row or any column cannot meet a predetermined demand. A novel reliability evaluation algorithm is proposed for the considered two-dimensional networked system by extending the universal generating function technique. Furthermore, the proposed model and reliability evaluation algorithm are extended to a two-dimensional networked system with phased missions. The proposed models and algorithms are illustrated by a matrix heating system in a thermoforming machine.

尽管全国火灾形势逐年呈下降趋势,但是城乡结合部的消防安全工作仍然不容乐观,因此加强和改进城乡结合部消防管理工作是公安消防部队必须面对和解决的问题.分析了城乡结合部的消防安全现状和影响城乡结合部消防安全的主要问题,探讨了改进城乡结合部消防安全工作的对策.     

联合作战中作战单元决策演化博弈研究

利用演化博弈理论,探讨了联合作战中担负相同作战任务的作战单元间其策略选择根据利益变化的演化过程,建立了复制动态方程并求得平衡点解,通过复制动态的相位图直观反映了博弈的演化稳定策略,并通过Malab软件对作战单元策略选择与收益关系进行了仿真,其行为选择的演化结果与相位图展示具有一致性。研究结论表明,收益大小及变化是作战单元策略改变的重要依据,最后针对提高作战单元间的策略稳定性提出对策建议.     

基于联合傅里叶变换测量CCD图像采集系统的像素问距

分析了CCD图像采集系统的像素间距测定的必要性,指出了靶板标定方法的缺点,介绍了联合傅里叶变换测量原理,给出了用测定CCD图像采集系统像素间距的测量装置以及测量方法。得到了实际测量的数据,并对数据进行了分析。     

PLM系统在油料装备信息化建设中的应用研究

油料装备的信息化建设涉及战争需求、设计、制造、配送、服役、维护、退役等诸多方面,提出运用油料装备PIM(ProductLifecycleManagement)系统实现其全生命周期管理。着重探讨了油料装备PLM系统的体系结构和关键技术。     

Optimal joint preventive maintenance and production policies

We study joint preventive maintenance (PM) and production policies for an unreliable production‐inventory system in which maintenance/repair times are non‐negligible and stochastic. A joint policy decides (a) whether or not to perform PM and (b) if PM is not performed, then how much to produce. We consider a discrete‐time system, formulating the problem as a Markov decision process (MDP) model. The focus of the work is on the structural properties of optimal joint policies, given the system state comprised of the system's age and the inventory level. Although our analysis indicates that the structure of optimal joint policies is very complex in general, we are able to characterize several properties regarding PM and production, including optimal production/maintenance actions under backlogging and high inventory levels, and conditions under which the PM portion of the joint policy has a control‐limit structure. In further special cases, such as when PM set‐up costs are negligible compared to PM times, we are able to establish some additional structural properties. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
