针对各型装甲装备发动机,尤其是新装备发动机在部队维护保养、调整、修理等过程中存在的问题,提出了研制一套用于野外条件下的随车工具的技术方案,可以解决当前多种装备发动机在维护、保养、调整和修理过程中专用工具严重缺乏的问题.整套工具可用于室内和野外作业,能实现装备的"伴随保障",对改善装甲装备发动机的维修条件,提高其技术保障能力,具有重要的意义.

Reformulating linear programs with transportation constraints—With applications to workforce scheduling

We study linear programming models that contain transportation constraints in their formulation. Typically, these models have a multistage nature and the transportation constraints together with the associated flow variables are used to achieve consistency between consecutive stages. We describe how to reformulate these models by projecting out the flow variables. The reformulation can be more desirable since it has fewer variables and can be solved faster. We apply these ideas to reformulate two well‐known workforce staffing and scheduling problems: the shift scheduling problem and the tour scheduling problem. Modeling and analysis of flexible queueing systems

We consider queueing systems with multiple classes of customers and heterogeneous servers where customers have the flexibility of being processed by more than one server and servers possess the capability of processing more than one customer class. We provide a unified framework for the modeling and analysis of these systems under arbitrary customer and server flexibility and for a rich set of control policies that includes customer/server‐specific priority schemes for server and customer selection. We use our models to generate several insights into the effect of system configuration and control policies. In particular, we examine the relationship between flexibility, control policies and throughput under varying assumptions for system parameters. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 微型飞行器(MAV)是飞行器的一个新兴发展方向,其飞行控制问题是MAV研究中最具挑战性的关键技术问题。对MAV飞行控制系统的结构及其特点进行了归纳和评述,分析了国内外MAV飞行控制系统的研究现状,对其中的一些关键技术问题进行了讨论,包括飞行控制方案、机载传感器、控制算法以及控制器设计方法等内容。
