加强教育成本核算提高武警院校办学效益

随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展和武警院校管理体制改革的逐步深入,武警院校应加强教育成本核算,立足于现有的经费、资源,精打细算,通过认真的成本核算,优化资源配置,提高办学质量和经费使用效益。     

基于信息系统装备指挥运行机制构建研究

着眼装备指挥变革和提高指挥效能的需要,提出了基于信息系统装备指挥运行机制的概念,构建了基于信息系统的要素式装备指挥机构模型,明确了各指挥要素职能及其相互关系,分析了装备指挥信息、决策计划、协调控制的流程,建立了装备指挥效能计算模型,以期为建设新型科学的装备指挥运行机制提供依据．     

陆军装甲装备作战试验问题研究

从研究陆军装甲装备作战试验基本概念入手,系统构建了陆军装甲装备作战试验的内容体系框架,并依据陆军装甲装备作战训练和作战使用流程,对陆军装甲装备作战试验项目进行了总体设计,可为开展陆军装甲装备作战试验提供理论支撑。     

基于公式法的某型水陆坦克海上火力打击效能

针对某型水陆坦克火力威力和火控系统特点,运用定性与定量分析相结合的方式,研究水陆坦克的火力打击效能。运用公式法,从分析某型水陆坦克海上射击误差入手,结合海上作战环境,研究其命中概率,并结合环境特点,分析条件毁伤概率,确定其对M60A3坦克和工事目标的火力打击的能力,得出了水陆坦克的开火距离、弹种选择等相关结果。研究结论对于分析火力打击效能提供了较为合理的方法,对于指导某型水陆坦克海上火力运用提供了借鉴作用。     

网络反舰巡航导弹探析

用网络作为武器的粘合剂,将武器整合成系统,达到功能的创新,是提升武器作战效能的有效途径,网络导弹是这一概念应用的结果。文中提出了网络导弹和复合搜索扇面的概念,在设想了系统的组成和控制方案后,导出了网络导弹的作战效能计算公式,并通过算例比较网络导弹与非网络导弹的作战效能。     

Shock-induced reaction behaviors of functionally graded reactive material

In this paper, the ballistic impact experiments, including impact test chamber and impact double-spaced plates, were conducted to study the reaction behaviors of a novel functionally graded reactive material (FGRM), which was composed of polytetrafluoroethylene/aluminum (PTFE/Al) and PTFE/Al/bismuth trioxide (Bi₂O₃). The experiments showed that the impact direction of the FGRM had a significant effect on the reaction. With the same impact velocity, when the first impact material was PTFE/Al/Bi₂O₃, compared with first impact material PTFE/Al, the FGRM induced higher overpressure in the test chamber and larger damaged area of double-spaced plates. The theoretical model, which considered the shock wave generation and propagation, the effect of the shock wave on reaction efficiency, and penetration behaviors, was developed to analyze the reaction behaviors of the FGRM. The model predicted first impact material of the FGRM with a higher shock impedance was conducive to the reaction of reactive materials. The conclusion of this study provides significant information about the design and application of reactive materials.     

Pareto-optimality in classical inventory problems

In this paper the inventory problem with backorders both deterministic and stochastic is studied using trade-off analysis in the context of vector optimization theory. The set of Pareto-optimal solutions is geometrically characterized in both the constrained and unconstrained cases. Moreover, a new way of utilizing Pareto-optimality concepts to handle classical inventory problems with backorders is derived. A new analysis of these models is done by means of a trade-off analysis. New solutions are shown, and an error bound for total inventory cost is provided. Other models such as multi-item or stochastic lead-time demand inventory problems are addressed and their Pareto-optimal solution sets are obtained. 灰色层次分析法战术通信网抗干扰效能评估

构建了战术通信网抗干扰效能评估指标体系,运用灰色层次分析法和群组决策特征根算法对抗干扰效能进行了评估。评估结果表明,该抗干扰效能一般,需要采取相关抗干扰对策以提高其抗干扰能力。     

部队作战效能综合评估法

高技术条件下局部战争的显著特点是参战单位多、对抗关系复杂、战争不确定因素增加,如何在此情况下客观评估部队的作战效能是作战研究领域一个重点和难点。通过综合运用定性分析法、网络分析法、战斗效能指数法、作战模拟及系统动力学等多种方法和理论,建立了一种可对部队作战效能进行评估的综合评估法。并以高技术条件下岛上进攻作战中装甲团的作战效能评估为例,详细介绍了该方法的实施过程,认为该综合评估法是行之有效的。     

装备维护系统效能评估人素系数的建模与分析

传统的系统效能评估模型中,一般不考虑人的因素。然而,在国内外航空装备的维护过程中,由于人为失误引起的系统故障却占了相当大的比重。提出对人机系统效能评估的改进模型,并建立了装备维护系统效能评估中的人素系数模型,通过对人的可用性、可信性及固有能力的分析,得出了人素系数的确定方法。此系数的确定使航空装备维护管理部门能够更合理地进行装备维护系统的效能评估,有利于更好地组织配置人力资源。
