椭圆型方程曲线网格的快速生成方法

本文在用椭圆型方程的网格生成方法生成曲线网格时,通过比较四种常用的计算格式,得到了收敛速度较快的生成方法。在计算流体力学领域,对于边界形状随时间变化的流动问题的数值计算,及自适应网格的生成等同题,生成网格的收敛速度直接影响流场的计算速度。在上述情况下使用本文的结果,能有效的减少机时,提高计算效率。     

A nuclear-armed North Korea without ICBMs: the best achievable objective

This article analyzes the North Korean nuclear crisis from a balance-of-power perspective. It is in the long-term interests of international peace for a secure and independent North Korea to serve as a buffer between US and Chinese ground forces. However, the conventional military advantage of the South Korean-American alliance over North Korea has grown drastically since the end of the Cold War, threatening North Korea’s survival. Since North Korea lacks any reliable ally, nuclear weapons represent its most cost-effective way to restore a balance of power and thus secure itself. Accepting security guarantees in exchange for its nuclear arsenal is rhetorically appealing but not a viable approach. North Korea’s development of intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs), however, has overcompensated for the post-Cold War imbalance, inviting talk in Washington of waging a preventive war. Persuading North Korea to give up its ICBM capability, not its nuclear arsenal, should therefore be the primary objective of US diplomacy.

Evolutionary determinants of war

This paper considers evolutionarily stable decisions about whether to initiate violent conflict rather than accepting a peaceful sharing outcome. Focusing on small sets of players such as countries in a geographically confined area, we use the concept of evolutionary stability in finite populations. We find that players’ evolutionarily stable preferences widen the range of peaceful resource allocations that are rejected in favor of violent conflict, compared to the Nash equilibrium outcomes. Relative advantages in fighting strength are reflected in the equilibrium set of peaceful resource allocations.     

水面舰艇防空作战能力的需求生成方法

为了更好地量化表达水面舰艇所具备的防空作战能力,提出了一种基于元活动的能力需求生成方法。建立了能力需求生成框架,在此框架下进行元活动库的提取,能力指标的分解,元活动-能力指标映射规则的分析得到中近程拦截能力的能力指标并进行了冲突消解,验证了所提方法的有效性。     

多约束条件下互联网骨干网路由器级拓扑生成方法

互联网骨干网是网络流量的中枢传输系统,其路由器级拓扑结构对于网络抗毁性分析具有重要意义。由于难以获取互联网骨干网路由器级的真实拓扑,通过分析骨干网的形成因素,将地理位置、节点间联系强度、基础设施费用、鲁棒性等因素结合起来,提出一种多约束条件下的互联网骨干网路由器级拓扑生成方法。该方法既可以构造难以公开获取网络测量数据的骨干网,也可以用来生成某一骨干网的多种替身拓扑集。通过现实中的互联网骨干网作为实例,验证了方法的有效性。     

引入电流变化率的电源分布网络最差噪声分析算法

随着时钟频率的增加以及电源电压的降低,电源完整性问题日益凸显。将电流变化率加入到最差噪声算法的电流约束中,能够在任意电流变化率的情况下分析电源分布网络的最差噪声,从而获得更加真实的最差噪声。另外,利用改进的Knuth-Yao四边形不等式法对基于动态规划的最差噪声算法进行加速,加速后算法的时间复杂度从O(n~2m)降为O(mnlogn)。     

An integral equation for the second moment function of a geometric process and its numerical solution

In this article, an integral equation satisfied by the second moment function M₂(t) of a geometric process is obtained. The numerical method based on the trapezoidal integration rule proposed by Tang and Lam for the geometric function M(t) is adapted to solve this integral equation. To illustrate the numerical method, the first interarrival time is assumed to be one of four common lifetime distributions, namely, exponential, gamma, Weibull, and lognormal. In addition to this method, a power series expansion is derived using the integral equation for the second moment function M₂(t), when the first interarrival time has an exponential distribution.

数字化部队在战场上的出现,是信息战争产生的重要标志之一.随着信息技术的兴起,一些西方国家组建了数字化部队并加深了对其编成和结构理论的研究.首先介绍了模块理论,通过对数字化部队战斗力原理的分析,讨论了数字化部(分)队战斗力构成要素.在此基础上,使用线性规划理论试探性的构建出数字化部(分)队战斗力模块组合模型,并对模型的不同组合方式进行了论证和分析,得出数字化部(分)队战斗力模块的一种优化组合.最后展望了本课题下一步工作的研究重点.

利用模糊数学理论中的综合评判方法,综合考虑多方面的模糊因素,借助于已知单元的可靠性预计舰船主动力装置系统中其它单元的可靠性,进而预计系统的可靠性．
