本文在总结学前教育专业实际钢琴技能课教学的基础上,通过对钢琴技能课的教学反思,从提高对钢琴技能课学习的认识,加强学前教育专业钢琴技能学习的角度出发,提倡立足传统教学,勇于教学创新,开拓思路,探索灵活多样的授课形式,整合教学资源,研究新教材、探索新教法,立足于学前教育的专业特点,注重学前教育专业键盘技能的实际运用,并建立科学、可行的学前专业技能考核标准,从而促进学前专业音乐技能课的发展。     

论社会诸因素在促进西域乐舞孕育、整合、传承中所起的作用

西方治安管理主体多元化探析

传统观念认为,政府警察机构是维护社会治安秩序的主体。然而,西方国家的治安管理实践表明,私人保安、社会自治组织等社会治安组织也参与社会治安管理工作,与警察机构合作、互动,共同维护社会秩序。治安管理主体呈现多元化的原因主要有三个方面:一是西方政府机制本身内在固有的缺陷导致警察机构治安服务失灵现象为其提供现实依据;二是新公共管理、自组织网络治理等理论为其产生提供理论基础;三是治安需求的多元化为其提供了发展的动力。     

关于重演理论的实证调查与分析

重演理论是数学史与数学教育整合的重要理论基础.通过调查学生对负数大小的识别,发现数学的历史发展过程与学生的认知过程有着一定的相似性,可以利用重演理论来构建数学课程.一方面,运用重演理论反思教学内容编排的合理性,对知识的呈现顺序进行更为合理的设计,对课程的整体设置进行更适切的把握;另一方面,在针对某一知识点进行教学设计时,通过研究数学史,对学生的认知障碍进行预先分析,结合史实资源开拓学生思维,使学生对知识的理解更加多元、更加深入.

Just and Unjust Memory? The Moral Obligation to Remember All Victims of Wars and Totalitarian Regimes

ABSTRACT

The main purpose of this article is to analyze the philosophical problem of just and unjust memory. There is a general consensus about commemorating fallen soldiers and killed civilians. But, unfortunately, our human memory of such victims is often incomplete. Some victims are remembered, others are not – maybe very few even want to remember the latter. It turns out that in our world, not only wars may be just or unjust, but also the memory of their victims. In this context, a serious problem is the unequal memory of crimes perpetrated by Nazism and Communism in the last century, denying several dozen million victims of the latter totalitarian system their due place in the collective awareness of mankind. Therefore, one of the most important aspects of the ethical analysis of wars and totalitarian regimes should be the moral obligation to commemorate all victims in a just way.     

An historical review of US defense strategy from Vietnam to operation Iraqi freedom

Facing nearly half a billion dollars in spending cuts over the next five years, US defense planners and strategists must simultaneously rebuild a war-weary Army weakened from over a decade of war, build new sea and air capabilities for the Pacific theater, and reduce manpower, procurement, and contractor budgets while promoting innovation. The US defense department is embarking on what may be the most sweeping period of defense transformation in recent memory. This article reviews the history of American defense transformation, focusing on an important but largely overlooked period of military innovation that began in the shadow of Vietnam and ended with troops fighting through blinding sandstorms at night on the road to Baghdad. The multifaceted transformation strategy conceived in the 1970s paved the way for a military revolution in the 1990s and enabled unprecedented battlefield adaptation in the 2000s. After reviewing the revolutionary changes that led to American dominance in conventional warfare in the 1990s, the article examines US transformation policies in the 2000s to inform defense strategy and planning efforts in the 2010s.
