引信质量综合评价方法研究

本文以中、大口径榴弹引信为例,建立了引信质量多因素评价指标体系。确立了评价指标的量化标准,并应用模糊数学综合评判的方法,对引信产品的质量进行综合评价。以量化的评价结果排列引信质量的顺序,从而得出引信质量的综合评判结果。     

我院本科数学教学体系改革的探索

对旧的数学教学体系进行了较为深入的分析,并借鉴国内外数学改革的经验,大胆地对我院本科数学教学体系作了较大的调整,探索了有一定特色、新意的新的数学教学体系。

本文比较了几种常见的语音编码系统客观质量评估方法,得出 LPC CD(法线性预测编码倒谱距离法)是一种最接近主观评估结果的客观质量评估方法的结论,并对 LPC CD 法作了详细的介绍。     

The incentive effect of acceptance sampling plans in a supply chain with endogenous product quality

This article studies a firm that procures a product from a supplier. The quality of each product unit is measured by a continuous variable that follows a normal distribution and is correlated within a batch. The firm conducts an inspection and pays the supplier only if the product batch passes the inspection. The inspection not only serves the purpose of preventing a bad batch from reaching customers but also offers the supplier an incentive to improve product quality. The firm determines the acceptance sampling plan, and the supplier determines the quality effort level in either a simultaneous game or a Stackelberg leadership game, in which both parties share inspection cost and recall loss caused by low product quality. In the simultaneous game, we identify the Nash equilibrium form, provide sufficient conditions that guarantee the existence of a pure strategy Nash equilibrium, and find parameter settings under which the decentralized and centralized supply chains achieve the same outcome. By numerical experiments, we show that the firm's acceptance sampling plan and the supplier's quality effort level are sensitive to both the recall loss sharing ratio and the game format (i.e., the precommitment assumption of the inspection policy). © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 海水冲厕应用与研究进展

海水冲厕是节约淡水资源的有效途径之一,相关问题已进行了大量的研究和探讨,主要集中在提高海水处理效率、降低水处理成本、扩大活性污泥系统的耐盐范围和开发含盐生活污水处理新工艺等方面。相关研究取得了一批具有重要意义的成果:提出了冲厕用海水水质的参考标准;絮凝—沉淀—过滤是处理冲厕海水的主要工艺;在常温及NaCl质量浓度小于20 g/L时,活性污泥系统经过驯化,可以处理含盐生活污水。最后就海水冲厕水质标准、含盐生活污水处理与海水冲厕经济效益3个方面提出了海水冲厕在应用过程中需要解决的问题。     

UK firms’ experience and perceptions of defence offsets: Survey results 1

Offsets are a growing feature of international trade in defence equipment. This article assesses the economics of offsets and outlines UK offsets policy. There is a lack of empirical work in the field and the article presents the results of a survey of UK firms’ experience of their involvement in offsets against UK imports of defence equipment. There is also a case study of the AWACS offset programme and an evaluation of policy implications.     

作战任务总量的迭代收敛性

为降低作战任务的复杂度,提高任务执行效率,研究了作战任务总量及其迭代收敛问题.首先,采用图形和设计结构矩阵,阐明反导作战子任务的复杂联系.再引入任务转移矩阵建立任务总量模型,总结迭代收敛条件.最后,综合考虑资源和时间约束,规划子任务优先级并优化作战资源配置.结合实例分析了任务总量迭代收敛规律的可行性和有效性,为反导作战任务规划提供了理论指导.

运用现代管理科学理论考量公安消防部队政治工作管理,就会发现:公安消防部队政治工作管理中还存在一些不容忽视的问题,导致问题产生的原因比较复杂。要提高公安消防部队政治工作管理水平,我们必须针对问题及其原因,树立现代管理的科学理念,敢于突破陈旧落后的管理方法和手段,努力健全管理体制和运行机制,不断完善管理法规建设。     

Optimizing the quality control station configuration

We study unreliable serial production lines with known failure probabilities for each operation. Such a production line consists of a series of stations, existing machines, and optional quality control stations (QCSs). Our aim is to decide on the allocation of the QCSs within the assembly line, so as to maximize the expected profit of the system. In such a problem, the designer has to determine the QCS configuration and the production rate simultaneously. The profit maximization problem is approximated assuming exponentially distributed processing times, Poisson arrival process of jobs into the system, and the existing of holding costs. The novel feature of our model is the incorporation of holding costs that significantly complicated the problem. Our approximation approach uses a branch and bound strategy that employs our fast dynamic programming algorithm for minimizing the expected operational costs for a given production rate as a subroutine. Extensive numerical experiments are conducted to demonstrate the efficiency of the branch and bound procedure for solving large scale instances of the problem and for obtaining some qualitative insights.
