基于新的定位方法的空投技术研究

针对空投技术的定位问题,提出了一种新的定位方法。首先,在空投目标区域放置发射机,发射天线在3个方向形成彼此相交的波束,发射机与3个波束的交点构成中心线,3个波束关于中心线对称。其次,发射天线在3个方向发射相同功率,不同频率的信号。最后,载荷上的接收机实时接收信号,经傅里叶变换得到信号频谱图。3个信号功率相等时载荷位于中心线上,保持现有飞行方向;3个信号功率不等时,根据偏离中心线的位置对飞行方向进行调整,确保载荷能够准确到达目标区域。该方法具有较高的定位精度,能够适应复杂电磁环境。     

相似系统间调整因子的量化方法

探讨一种便于操作、系统而量化的方法 ,以预计新研系统的可靠性参数。在相似设备法的基础上 ,提出了利用可量化的调整因子对相似系统的可靠性参数进行转换的方法 ,有效地提高了相似设备法的可操作性和分析精度 ,对研究相似设备法在工程技术领域的应用也具有一定的参考价值     

A search game taking account of attributes of searching resources

This article deals with a two‐person zero‐sum game called a search allocation game (SAG), in which a searcher and a target participate as players. The searcher distributes his searching resources in a search space to detect the target. The effect of resources lasts a certain period of time and extends to some areas at a distance from the resources' dropped points. On the other hand, the target moves around in the search space to evade the searcher. In the history of search games, there has been little research covering the durability and reachability of searching resources. This article proposes two linear programming formulations to solve the SAG with durable and reachable resources, and at the same time provide an optimal strategy of distributing searching resources for the searcher and an optimal moving strategy for the target. A search game on a cyclic graph

There is a finite cyclic graph. The hider chooses one of all nodes except the specified one, and he hides an (immobile) object there. At the beginning the seeker is at the specified node. After the seeker chooses an ordering of the nodes except the specified one, he examines each nodes in that order until he finds the object, traveling along edges. It costs an amount when he moves from a node to an adjacent one and also when he checks a node. While the hider wishes to maximize the sum of the traveling costs and the examination costs which are required to find the object, the seeker wishes to minimize it. The problem is modeled as a two‐person zero‐sum game. We solve the game when unit costs (traveling cost + examination cost) have geometrical relations depending on nodes. The Moral Dimension of “Global Zero”

Regrettably, moral arguments are largely absent from the current debate on nuclear disarmament. Indeed, complementing politico-strategic thinking with ethical categories could significantly strengthen the abolitionist call. To fill the gap, this article analyzes the evolution of the nuclear ethics of the Roman Catholic Church and especially its position on nuclear deterrence. If this strategy was granted interim and strictly conditioned moral acceptance during the Cold War, nuclear deterrence is today increasingly considered ineffective, an obstacle to genuine disarmament, and hence morally unjustifiable. In the new security context, the conditions for the Catholic Church's “interim nuclear ethics” have altered, and nuclear disarmament has become a feasible option and an alternative strategy to deterrence.

根据舰艇训练计划特点,运用结构解析模型分析舰艇训练计划,建立训练内容的邻接矩阵与可达矩阵,划分训练内容的层次,并进行分层优化排列配置.建立的结构解析模型在计划实施过程中可根据外部因素的变化,提出适应不同变化的计划方案,能很好适用于实际的训练环境,大大提高了时间、资源利用率和保障舰艇的训练安全,对现有舰艇训练方法起到很好的改进作用.     

一种基于零控脱靶量的滑模末制导律设计

基于零控脱靶量的思想,提出一种能够有效针对大气层再入目标的滑模末制导律.首先,建立纵向平面内的弹目相对运动方程;然后利用扩张状态观测器对目标机动加速度信息进行估计,并对零控脱靶量算法进行分析,提出了制导律的设计思路;接着利用滑模变结构控制理论进行制导律的推导;最后进行仿真分析,仿真结果证明,所设计的制导律能够很好地对目标弹进行拦截,并且指令的跟踪效果也很好,从而验证了算法的有效性.
