“中国特色社会主义理论与实践”课教学创新探讨

新形势对《中国特色社会主义理论与实践》课程教学提出了新要求。开展以"民主开放,求实创新"为特征的教学改革主要内容有:树立"以生为本"的教学新理念;坚守主阵地,创新教学内容;重视能力训练,创新方法手段等,在教学创新中,应着重把握几对辩证关系,解决一些关键问题。     

Counterinsurgency American style: Considering David Petraeus and twenty-first century irregular war

This article examines the complex legacy of David Petraeus who was a key figure in the emergence of the US military shift towards counterinsurgency doctrine in the years after 2006. Although Petraeus has been perceived by critics as a publicity seeker, he can be credited with laying the foundations for a more serious commitment to COIN involving in particular in integrating conventional and Special Forces in arenas like village stability operations. The article looks a Petraeus's role in both Iraq and Afghanistan: it concludes that, in the case of Afghanistan, it is too early to assess whether counterinsurgency has had a decisive impact of the outcome of the war against the Taliban.     

A search game on a cyclic graph

There is a finite cyclic graph. The hider chooses one of all nodes except the specified one, and he hides an (immobile) object there. At the beginning the seeker is at the specified node. After the seeker chooses an ordering of the nodes except the specified one, he examines each nodes in that order until he finds the object, traveling along edges. It costs an amount when he moves from a node to an adjacent one and also when he checks a node. While the hider wishes to maximize the sum of the traveling costs and the examination costs which are required to find the object, the seeker wishes to minimize it. The problem is modeled as a two‐person zero‐sum game. We solve the game when unit costs (traveling cost + examination cost) have geometrical relations depending on nodes. 新课程模式下英语教师信念体系的构建

通过分析英语教学改革中新课程模式的特点和CALL（计算机辅助语言学习）的发展阶段,并结合国内外有关教师信念研究的现状,提出从社会建构主义视角构建新课程模式下的教师信念体系的理念。新构建的教师信念体系包含四个方面的内容：新技术、语言教学观、学习者和教师。该信念体系处于开放、变化的状态,它在与外界进行交互的过程中,将不断地进行自我丰富和完善。     

集群搜索对策理论在搜索-规避对抗中的应用

使用对策论的观点和方法 ,结合搜索论的知识 ,建立了一类搜索 -规避对抗对策模型 .对模型的结论做了系统分析 ,考虑了对策双方的最优策略及使用 .     

光纤布拉格光栅的光学特性及其应用

介绍了光纤布拉格(Bragg)光栅的种类和制作,用耦合波理论分析了其基本的光反射性质,包括峰值反射率和反射半高全宽度,结果表明光纤Bragg光栅拥有独特的光反射特性.同时对光纤Bragg光栅在光纤通信、光纤传感器、滤波器等方面的应用进行了介绍和展望,表明光纤Bragg光栅将对整个光纤技术领域产生重要影响.     

Exact algorithms for scheduling multiple families of jobs on parallel machines

In many practical manufacturing environments, jobs to be processed can be divided into different families such that a setup is required whenever there is a switch from processing a job of one family to another job of a different family. The time for setup could be sequence independent or sequence dependent. We consider two particular scheduling problems relevant to such situations. In both problems, we are given a set of jobs to be processed on a set of identical parallel machines. The objective of the first problem is to minimize total weighted completion time of jobs, and that of the second problem is to minimize weighted number of tardy jobs. We propose column generation based branch and bound exact solution algorithms for the problems. Computational experiments show that the algorithms are capable of solving both problems of medium size to optimality within reasonable computational time. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 陆军诸兵种合同作战兰切斯特方程的弹药消耗预测研究

描述了诸兵种合同作战的兰切斯特方程及其矩阵解,提出了一种通过兵力损耗换算弹药损耗的新思路,分析和确定了用该方法预测弹药消耗的相关参数,最后运用Matlab进行仿真计算,预测出了武器装备战损情况和弹药消耗情况。     

海德格尔与基本本体论

海德格尔的整个哲学体系是在区别“存在”和“存在者”的不同含义的基础上建立起来的。在海德格尔看来,此在的本真性生存也就是存在的意义,作为基础存在论的生存论是此在对自己存在的领悟并在领悟基础上的解释。海德格尔以人的生存为基础,使哲学获得了更加广阔的视野,但未能完全摆脱传统本体论思路的消极影响。
