省部共建高校的服务定位：打造区域经济社会发展的核心动力源

省部共建高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,其服务应立足区域经济建设和社会发展的需要,一方面推进区域自主创新,另一方面实现学校自身又好又快的发展。该文从人才培养、科技创新、社会服务、文化辐射四方面分析了省部共建高校的服务定位,提出力争将其建设成为推动区域经济社会发展的核心动力源,成为地方高校发展的示范集群。     

The Weight of the Past(s): The Impact of the Bundeswehr’s Use of Historical Experience on Strategy-Making in Afghanistan

This article seeks to explain the basic dynamics of the development of the German military approach in Afghanistan between 2003 and 2010 by looking at the impact of the Bundeswehr’s established uses of historical experience. First, the German military approach in Afghanistan has slowly evolved from a peacebuilding and mediation mission towards a full-fledged combat deployment. Second, the Bundeswehr’s exclusive focus on the World War II experience has contributed to the emergence of the Balkans experience as a formative experience that shaped initial operational thinking in Afghanistan. Third, because a thorough debate on the historical foundation of counterinsurgency remained absent, the operational shift in 2009 was perceived as a return to ‘classical’ military tasks and thus led to an almost exclusive focus on training for combat.     

开展思想道德修养与法律基础第二课堂教学活动的探讨

武警学院部队管理系政工教研室在《思想道德修养与法律基础》的授课过程中,积极开展第二课堂的教育活动,构建其教育模式原则。并积极投身第二课堂的教育实践,组织学员到爱国主义基地参观学习,把心理学的方法融入到思想教育授课当中。实践证明：开展第二课堂教学活动对学员具有重要的教育意义。     

An Imperfect Jewel: Military Theory and the Military Profession

This article explores a perennial theme in the literature of strategic studies: the relationship between military theory and the military profession. It begins with a conceptual analysis of this relationship. It then investigates what military theorists themselves have had to say about the utility of their craft. It concludes by assessing the actual influence of military theory on selected individuals and institutions. The individuals are George S. Patton, Jr., and Ulysses S. Grant. The institutions are the United States Army and the United States Air Force in the late twentieth century. The fundamental finding is suggested in the title: military theory can indeed be quite useful in the maturation of military commanders and in the development of martial institutions, but it is not always necessary and by no means perfect. It should thus be studied assiduously but used with caution.

瑞吉欧教育本土化的过程中我们要:深入学习瑞吉欧教育的儿童观与教育理念;教育的过程是教师和幼儿共同学习、共同探索、共同研究、共同创造的过程,教师应该以幼儿的引导者、支持者、合作者、帮助者的身份出现,并通过倾听、观察和记录来实现这一过程;学习瑞吉欧社区参与管理的模式,改善社区资源不合理利用的现状,并努力将低层次的家园合作逐步发展到高层次的家园合作。     

信息技术与中国远距离教育合作体系的建设

现代信息技术所引起的远程教育的变化是革命性的,由此产生了全新的现代网络大学.中国的普通高校、成人高校和广播电视大学都将参与进去,这是它们发展的新机会,也是新的挑战.我国教育的发展方式正由外延的数量扩张型转入内涵的规模质量型,整个教育系统以及远程教育的发展需要组织创新,而最重要的是加强教育合作.从教育改革、特别是课程改革的要求看,广播电大与普通高校的合作应以课程的开放管理为基础,建立具有融洽性、通用性、灵活性、整体性和可操作性的合作关系,目标是给求学者以充分选择的自由性和再选择的变通性.只有在这种开放课程的合作模式中,广播电大才有可能成为中国远程教育的主角之一.     

论大学之使命——读布鲁贝克《高等教育哲学》有感

大学使命是人们对大学组织必须承担的责任的一种认定,亦是人们对大学组织应有价值的一种判断和要求,布鲁贝克在其经典著作《高等教育哲学》中从“以认识论为基础”和“以政治论为基础”的两种哲学论角度讨论大学的使命,实际上两种哲学观各有其合理的逻辑,从当前高等教育在社会、国家中所处的地位看,在认识论基础上更应强调政治论的高等教育哲学,大学应始终不忘其为对国家负责的使命。
