三峡库区水环境污染预警与决策系统设计与实现

以三峡库区重庆段水环境地质调查项目为基础,综合应用数据库,GIS,RS,GPS,计算机网络和现代检测技术及水环境中有机污染物、营养物、重金属污染的研究方法,提出了库区水环境污染物预警与决策支持信息系统总体设计和数据库设计架构。为政府部门科学决策和管理监控提供一个先进的信息平台,也为整个三峡库区水环境可持续发展提供有效的信息参考。     

中学体育教学中运动损伤原因分析

本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和访谈法对上海市徐汇区的6所中学进行了体育教学中运动损伤原因分析,结果表明造成体育课损伤的种类主要集中在闭合性损伤和开放性损伤两大类,损伤的主要原因是思想不重视、准备活动不充分、动作变形、违规、场地不足等。

我军现代营区规划的新理念

在分析我军营区现状问题的基础上,围绕营区规划中功能分区、空间设计、路网规划、景观设计、建筑设计和配套设施建设等工作要点,提出现代营区规划应遵循营区规划理论研究的系统化、特色营区建设的地方性和时代性、营区环境建设的人性化、配套设施建设的智能化和生态化以及后勤保障的社会化等新理念。     

The Zimbabwe people’s revolutionary army military operations in Makonde district and the attack on Salisbury’s fuel storage tanks, 1965-1979

ABSTRACT

This article analyses the Zimbabwe People’s Revolutionary Army operations in Mashonaland West province with particular reference to Makonde District during the country’s war of liberation. Despite the growing literature on ZAPU and ZPRA in Zimbabwe’s war of liberation there is little that has been written concerning the operations of ZPRA guerrillas in Mashonaland provinces. Guided by evidence drawn from secondary and primary sources the article further asserts that ZPRA adopted a four pronged strategy in Makonde District. This strategy in part was hinged on the politicization of the population on the one hand and annihilation of the enemy forces, attrition and manoeuvre warfare on the other. Again, the article argues that ZPRA guerrillas attempted to capture Salisbury (Harare) in order to conquer the Rhodesian Security Forces’ centre of gravity. It was hoped that the capture of the capital city would Makoni District was of strategic significance to the conduct of ZPRA operations and arguably hastened Ian Smith’s decision to attend the Lancaster House Conference negotiations that led to the independence of Zimbabwe in 1980.

结合营区规划实例,以军事行政区主轴线为研究对象,在分析现阶段军事行政区主轴线空间节点设计中比较集中存在的几个问题基础上,提出了构建军事行政区主轴线空间节点秩序及应遵循的一般原则,并以常见的入口区—广场区—办公区—训练区的轴线构成为例,对军事行政区主轴线各空间节点的秩序构建进行了空间、尺度及人性化等设计方法的探讨,为推动营区规划的正规化、现代化建设提供一些思路和方法。

在环新疆经济圈新疆主体功能区的建设中,恐怖主义犯罪对该经济圈的建设构成重大威胁。本文就上海合作组织框架下新疆及周边国家的恐怖主义犯罪活动对环新疆经济圈的危害,以及如何有效打击该地区的恐怖主义犯罪进行了分析并提出相应的对策。     

装备保障配置地域伪装防护效能定量评估

以易评定或可测量的因素作为评估指标,建立了装备保障配置地域伪装防护效能评估指标体系,运用模糊数学的方法,构造客观的隶属函数,根据给定的特征值参照表,确定了模糊关系矩阵,并在此基础上,结合层次分析法实现了对装备保障配置地域伪装防护效能的定量评估,同时避免了单纯使用专家评估法带来的主观性和评估周期过长等缺点。     

The Strategic Use of Soft Balancing: The Normative Dimensions of the Chinese–Russian ‘Strategic Partnership’

This article examines Chinese and Russian foreign policy and military strategy from the theoretical standpoint of soft balancing. Analysis of their thinking indicates that both seek to offset US military superiority without engaging American power directly. To that end, Chinese and Russian strategists have adopted ‘soft’ or ‘normative’ power assets as strategic capabilities in their military and foreign policy. Alternative norms, such as the concept of ‘sovereign democracy’, allow China and Russia to deliberately ignore human rights issues in order to achieve diplomatic advantage with respect to the United States. The two powers have institutionalized these norms within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which they use to counterbalance US interests in Central Asia.
