国防科研管理决策支持系统-项目核算模型研究

本文针对国防科研管理的需求,提出了宏观核算模型、成本核算模型、因素分析模型,分析了这些模型产生指标的意义,并证明了这些指标的存在条件和相应的计算方法。     

Transformation of Military Ethics During the Zhou Dynasty in Ancient China

ABSTRACT

The transformation of the governance model from a rule of virtue to political realism in China has been a topic of great interest to scholars. In this study, I examine military culture during the Zhou Dynasty and investigate the changes in ethics based on factors such as cultural values, social customs, and political structure to understand the process by which moral values have changed as the governance model transformed from rule of virtue to political realism. I found that military ethics have changed from governance through the use of rituals during the Western Zhou Dynasty to what was called “deception makes an army” during the Eastern Zhou Dynasty.

我国网络语言研究综述

随着我国网络的普及及发展,网络语言也逐步形成并发展起来,对网络语言的研究也取得了一定的成果。网络语言的研究主要集中在网络语言的本体研究、文化解析及规范方面。我国网络语言的研究存在着一些不足,如重复研究多、方法单一、角度不多、研究不够深入等。今后应该多进行跨学科的研究及加强对网民的研究。     

装备保障训练业务工程理论及体系构想

为适应信息化条件下装备保障训练转型的需要,提出装备保障训练业务工程理论研究构想。在研究装备保障训练业务工程概念的基础上,初步构建其理论体系,分析了该理论的特点,为装备保障训练系统研究提供了一种新的思路,对于促进装备保障训练工作的发展和改进具有一定的参考价值。     

论防止利益冲突制度的构建

利益冲突可分为一般意义的利益冲突和廉政意义的利益冲突。目前,我国常见的利益冲突类型有交换型利益冲突、权力型利益冲突、双重型利益冲突和集体型利益冲突等。构建防止利益冲突制度,其内容大体包括建立防止利益冲突组织机构、利益冲突教育制度、回避制度、利益申报制度、公务员离职制度、反腐倡廉监督检查制度、立法和公共政策制定过程中的利益协调制度等。

结合基层实际情况,对多层商住楼室内消防给水系统设置从其现状、弊端出发,探讨多层商住楼中设置干式消防竖管和不带消火栓箱的DN65的室内消火栓及简易自动喷水灭火系统(即局部应用系统)的必要性和可行性,有较强的现实指导意义。

本文通过对新疆高校校园文化建设现状进行问卷调查,着重对新疆高校校园文化建设存在的问题进行了思考和分析,并在此基础上提出了相应对策。     

Turkey’s imperial legacy and the conflict potential in the Balkans

Turkey is the only Eurasian state surrounded in almost a full circle by acute hot or “frozen conflicts,” ranging from low-intensity violence, terrorism to fully fledged wars. The prevailing pattern of intercommunal and interethnic conflicts in the continental Balkans and on Cyprus has long been different from those in the rest of Europe and in the Near East. This difference is closely related to the fact that these lands had experienced in the past centuries-long rule by the Ottoman Empire, whose legal successor is the Republic of Turkey. The intercommunal conflict potential in the rest of Europe used to differ substantially, but the difference has been greatly reduced as Western Europe has, in one respect, become “balkanized.”
