Simple paths with exact and forbidden lengths

We study new decision and optimization problems of finding a simple path between two given vertices in an arc weighted directed multigraph such that the path length is equal to a given number or it does not fall into the given forbidden intervals (gaps). A fairly complete computational complexity classification is provided and exact and approximation algorithms are suggested.     

蚁群算法在车辆巡回保障中的应用研究

应用蚁群算法（ACA）解决车辆巡回保障问题,建立了车辆巡回保障优化数学模型,对轨迹更新规则进行了重新设定,给出了算法的实现步骤。通过算例分析,将计算结果与遗传算法（GA）和粒子群算法（PSO）作了比较,对模型和算法的正确性、高效性和适用性进行了验证。实验结果表明,该算法可以快速、有效求得车辆巡回保障的优化解,得到车辆巡回保障过程中的较优方案。     

含有p-Laplacian算子的非齐次边值问题正解的存在性

研究非齐次边界条件下,含有p-Laplacian算子的微分方程的可解性,在Banach空间中应用Krasnoselskii不动点定理,得到了边值问题正解存在性结果。     

A balancing problem for mixed model assembly lines with a paced moving conveyor

We state a balancing problem for mixed model assembly lines with a paced moving conveyor as: Given the daily assembling sequence of the models, the tasks of each model, the precedence relations among the tasks, and the operations parameters of the assembly line, assign the tasks of the models to the workstations so as to minimize the total overload time. Several characteristics of the problem are investigated. A line‐balancing heuristic is proposed based on a lower bound of the total overload time. A practical procedure is provided for estimating the deviation of any given line‐balance solution from the theoretical optimum. 研究具有时滞的二阶多点边值问题,应用Avery和Peterson推广的Leggett-Williams不动点定理,给出了该边值问题至少存在3个正解的充分条件。     

我国现有消防监督机制改革探讨

当前我国消防警力严重不足,现有消防监督体制已不能适应新形势下消防监督的需要,存在着现役体制、大包大揽的监督方式,监督任务重、消防警力不足等问题。为此,迫切需要推进消防社会化的进程,变“公安消防”为“人民消防”,建议由设计、施工、监理、检测等单位分担公安消防监督机构的部分职能,提出推进消防职业化进程、发挥中介组织的作用、转变消防监督方法、强化宣传教育等消防监督管理机制改革的新方向。     

基于蚁群算法的试验流程优化研究

水中兵器的海上试验涉及许多人员、兵力、被试产品、测量设备等,试验周期长、消耗大,因此如何缩短试验周期是亟待研究解决的问题.文中首先将试验流程优化问题转化为车间调度问题,建立了相应的数学模型,再应用蚁群算法转移规则得到中间结果并进行排队以对各种资源约束进行处理.最后将结果利用局部搜索算法优化后作为蚁群算法信息素更新的基础.实例计算结果表明,该方法优化效果良好.

新时期高校干部档案工作应更好地为学校各级领导决策服务,为教学、科研、管理的各项工作服务。文章从高校干部档案的收集工作入手,对高校干部档案收集工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决问题的对策。     

随军配偶未就业期间社会保险问题分析

军人配偶随军未就业期间社会保险的建立解决了军人配偶在随军未就业期间的基本生活补贴和养老、医疗保险问题,在一定程度上保障了随军配偶的利益。但在执行过程中也出现一些诸如险种较少,保障范围较窄,保障程度较低等问题。在分析存在问题的基础上,提出一些完善社会保险的建议。     

The minmax multidimensional knapsack problem with application to a chance‐constrained problem

In this paper we present a new combinatorial problem, called minmax multidimensional knapsack problem (MKP), motivated by a military logistics problem. The logistics problem is a two‐period, two‐level, chance‐constrained problem with recourse. We show that the MKP is NP‐hard and develop a practically efficient combinatorial algorithm for solving it. We also show that under some reasonable assumptions regarding the operational setting of the logistics problem, the chance‐constrained optimization problem is decomposable into a series of MKPs that are solved separately. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
