从美军信息战计划谈我军炮兵指挥系统现状及发展方向

在未来战争中,信息战是决定战争胜负的关键。为此,美军制定了十分庞大的“打赢信息战”计划,高度重视建立数字化部队,以保持在未来战争中的优势。从美军的“打赢信息战”计划入手,分析了我军炮兵自动化指挥系统研制的现状和与外军相比存在的差距,探索性地提出了发展我军炮兵指挥系统所要解决的问题,指出了发展新装备的方向     

视觉导航自主车方向控制系统性能仿真分析

本文主要通过图形仿真的方法对基于视觉导航的自主车（ＡＬＶ）方向控制系统进行性能分析,以大量仿真结果分析各组成子系统对整个系统性能的影响,为系统设计提供理论依据     

模糊方向神经网络在火箭发动机故障检测与分离中的应用

提出了一种模糊方向神经网络分类器,并应用于液体推进剂火箭发动机故障检测与分离。模糊方向神经网络采用模糊集表示发动机故障模式,模糊集是方向超体聚集形成的集合体,方向超体则由单位方向、夹角和两个半径确定。模糊方向神经网络能在一次循环学习中形成非线性方向边界。故障检测与分离的仿真研究表明：模糊方向神经网络的识别性能是比较优越的。     

二羟基苯氧基硅烷合成途径设计及产物表征

用Hyperchem 7.0软件的半经验分子轨道法(Semi-empirical-AM1)和分子力学(Molecular Dynamics)法计算了二羟基苯氧基硅烷不同合成过程反应的焓变,对反应途径进行优选,计算了产物的IR谱图,并与实验结果进行了对比。研究表明,以对苯二酚与二乙氧基硅烷进行反应制备二羟基苯氧基硅烷在热力学上是有利的,可得到目标产物;Hyperchem 7.0软件用于新型有机硅化合物合成途径优化及产物表征具有一定的应用价值。     

Forced displacement and behavioral change: an empirical study of returnee households in the Nuba Mountains

We use a unique data-set gathered during a short-lived interwar period in the Nuba Mountains of Sudan to compare characteristics of the households returning after the conflict with those that stayed in their communities of origin. We found that returning households seemed to face worse economic conditions, particularly in the case of female-headed returnee households. Nevertheless, our results show that returnees tend to perform better on different health indicators. Using a detailed set of variables about hygiene and sanitary habits, we explore the hypothesis that the latter result may be related to changes in attitudes given the distinct experiences during displacement. We show that returnees are indeed more likely to adopt these measures.     

土壤参数改变对火炮射击性能影响的仿真研究

建立某型火炮的虚拟样机模型,通过改变土质介质刚度,形成了不同的土质情况,并在此基础上进行火炮发射仿真试验,测取火炮炮架间关键部位的受力情况及炮口中心点在炮口平面内的位移情况,将仿真结果进行对比分析,研究土质变化对火炮射击性能的影响。     

当代西方城市安全观念变迁

城市安全问题伴随着城市的产生而出现,近年来随着城市化进程在全球范围迅猛推进,城市安全问题显得尤为重要与紧迫。资本、人口向城市大量集聚,城市物质空间结构和城市社会结构巨变,城市整体建成环境及其依托的自然生态环境恶化趋势明显,城市安全脆弱度增大,当代城市安全面临新的挑战。西方发达国家对当代城市安全问题的新动向极为关注,对城市安全观念作了深入全面的拓展研究。从城市安全动态发展的视角,对相关文献进行梳理与总结,考察当代西方城市安全观念研究变迁态势,以期为我国城市安全问题的研究深化提供有益的借鉴和启示,推动我国城市化进程的健康和可持续发展。     

一步法制备石蜡微胶囊的中试研究及性能表征

采用一步法在100L反应釜内进行石蜡微胶囊制备的中试,表征了石蜡微胶囊的微胶囊化率、粒径和热性能,探讨了中试工艺对产品性能的影响。结果表明中试产品与实验室小试产品的性能基本接近。中试石蜡微胶囊的微胶囊化率为70％,平均粒径为54．0μm,相变范围为40～80℃,相变峰值和热焓分别为65℃,114J／g,分解温度达250℃。     

基于方位变化率的目标运动分析

目标方位变化率对运动要素解算有着重要的影响.但不同目标运动要素(目标距离、航向或速度)的求解精度,对目标的方位变化率又有着不同的要求.从确定性算法入手,进行了方位变化率对目标运动要素解算精度影响的理论分析,并通过仿真计算验证了理论分析的正确性,证明了该理论具有一定的应用价值.     

How pressure for change challenge military organizational characteristics

This article elaborates on how structural, normative and functional pressures for change may challenge military organizational characteristics. We problematize theoretically and exemplify empirically what consequences these pressures can have on military organizational characteristics, arguing that they constitute major challenges for managing in particular normative pressures for change. The empirical examples suggest that bureaucratic, hierarchical, narcissistic and greedy traits of the organization are challenged by normative pressures such as value changes and normalization. Another source of challenge is professionalization processes. Structural challenges, on the other hand, are managed by the organization and do not seem to inhibit the workings of organizational characteristics. The plausibility probe conducted questions the sustainability of military organizational characteristics in their traditional disguise, in particular due to legitimacy concerns. It is suggested that future research should be directed towards analyzing how military organizations manage pressure for change and whether their characteristics are questioned.
