渐开线球齿轮及范成法加工方案研究

在球冠面上分布着一道道环形齿廓而形成的球齿轮是一种新型齿轮。球齿轮机构可用来传递空间球面运动。为推广应用,有必要对球齿轮的加工进行研究。本文在分析球形齿轮的形状特性的基础上,将常规齿轮的范成法加工原理推广应用到球齿轮的加工上,从而形成球齿轮的范成加工方法。在应用范成法的前提下,设计了车削加工与铣削加工方案,并具体设计了一套球齿轮车削加工装置,为球齿轮加工的进一步研究提供了最基本的实验手段

随着21世纪的来临,制造与维修工程越来越趋于统一。未来的制造与维修工程将考虑设备和零部件设计、制造和运行的全过程,是一个以优质、高效、节能、节材为目标的系统工程。再制造工程是国外新兴的产业领域,是先进制造技术的重要组成都分,也是先进制造技术的重要补充和发展。再制造技术充分利用各种先进表面工程和其它成型技术,制成再制造毛坯,形成再制造产品,是具有重大实用价值和优质、高效、少污染的绿色制造技术。     

“It would be impossible to estimate the value of these works...” Mass Production at Springfield Armory during the American Civil War

The U.S. Armory in Springfield, Massachusetts, rarely appears in Civil War histories except perhaps as an unexplained statistical wonder. By late 1863, the Armory was the largest single supplier of rifles to Union forces. Springfield Armory workers out-produced over thirty American contractors, making more Army rifles at less cost while providing contractors with gauges, inspectors, and models, even though there were significant wartime private-sector mechanical innovations. This article identifies and explains the factors in the Armory’s success, provides context on contemporary American arms production and rifle models, and argues that the Armory’s methods and performance were among the first if not the first example of mass production in American small arms manufacture. The relative brevity of the Civil War episode, and the fact that it was not repeated in any comparable way at the Armory until World War II, has obscured its significance in American manufacturing history.     

军用飞机采购价格预测研究

分析了我国军用飞机价格预测中存在的困难,从我国国情出发,提出了我国军用飞机价格预测的两种方法:根据制造成本和期间费用预测价格方法与相似飞机预测价格方法.相似飞机预测法是指采用偏最小二乘回归、神经网络或灰色理论等方法,根据相似飞机的性能与价格数据建立价格预测模型,实例表明,相似飞机价格预测法具有较高的精度.     

产品网络化协同开发系统信息处理模型研究

产品网络协同开发系统信息处理模型是现代制造企业从事产品开发、提高企业核心竞争力的关键。在分析产品网络化协同开发系统现状的基础上,阐明了产品网络化协同开发系统的基本内涵及实现方法。提出了基于输入、输出、知识、关系、方法和时间约束六个方面组成的产品网络化协同开发系统的信息处理统一模型;建立了一个面向产品开发全过程协同的信息流模型,构建了产品网络化协同开发平台信息流模型的软件结构,为制造企业建立产品网络协同开发平台,实现产品开发过程的信息化、科学化和规范化进行了有益的工作。     

A comparison of the ballistic behaviour of conventionally sintered and additively manufactured alumina

Production of ceramic armour solutions on-demand/in-theatre would have significant logistical and military advantages. However, even assuming that such technologies could be successfully deployed in the field, such near net-shape manufacturing technology is relatively immature compared to conventional sintering of ceramics. In this study, the ballistic performance of a series of additively manufactured (AM)/rapidly-prototyped (RP) alumina tiles of 97.2% of the density of Sintox FA™ were investigated using both forward- and reverse-ballistic experiments. These experiments, undertaken with compressed gas-guns, employed the depth-of-penetration technique and flash X-ray as primary diagnostics to interrogate both efficiency of penetration and projectile-target interaction, respectively. The RP alumina was found to exhibit useful ballistic properties, successfully defeating steel-cored (AP) 7.62 × 39 mm BXN rounds at velocities of up-to c.a. 850 m/s, while exhibiting comparable failure modes to conventionally sintered armour-grade Sintox FA™. However, where a <1% by vol. Cu dopant was introduced into the RP material failure modes changed dramatically with performance dropping below that of conventionally sintered alumina. Overall, the results from both sets of experiments were complimentary and clearly indicated the potential of such RP materials to play an active role in provision of real-world body armour solutions provided quality control of the RP material can be maintained.

针对如何引入承制方优质技术力量支援部队维修保障能力建设这一问题,分析我军现役军械装备维修保障力量、保障模式存在的不足和地方装备维修保障力量的能力特点,明确承制方在军民融合条件下装备维修保障力量中的重要地位.在借鉴国外研究成果的基础上,深入分析和系统设计了我军军械装备的保修模式.结合部队巡检机制,建立了一维免费-按比例收费组合保修的费效模型来验证采购合同中保修条款的合理性.最后进行了案例分析,证明了模型的有效性和实用性.

小型制脂装置在复合锂钙基脂研究中的应用

自行设计研制了机电一体化小型制脂装置,该装置具有无级变速控制转速、带有刮边装置、自动控温等特点,可防止手动制脂搅拌的不均匀,其制脂的工艺过程（与手动制脂比较）与润滑脂生产过程更加接近,有利于进一步中试放大及批量生产。利用此小型制脂装置开展了复合锂钙基脂的研究,探讨了组成配方、工艺条件对复合锂钙基脂性能的影响,制备出的复合锂钙基脂具有良好的高温多效性能,且成本较低,具有良好的应用前景。     

面向信息化油料装备研发的网络化协同设计及其关键技术研究

分析了信息化油料装备研发的主要内容及其涉及的相关领域,阐明了产品网络化协同开发系统的基本内涵。提出了基于信息化技术、管理技术、设计技术、协同工作技术和支撑技术的油料装备网络化协同研发系统的技术体系。最后,对该技术体系中涉及的装备设计数据信息交换与数据管理技术,装备设计任务的分解与分配技术以及冲突与协商机制等关键技术进行了较为全面的论述。
