空气弹簧强度分析

摘    要:应用复合材料理论,对空气弹簧的单层帘线橡胶的应力-应变关系及力学参数进行了计算.运用有限元方法对空气弹簧进行了应变分析,用所得到的数值结果,结合多层帘线橡胶的力学特性以及单层帘线橡胶的强度理论,对空气弹簧进行强度分析.计算结果表明,囊体的载荷主要由帘线承受.

Abstract:The stress-strain relation and some mechanical parameters of single-layered fiber-reinforced rubber material which constitutes air spring are calculated by applying compound material theory. Based on the numerical results of strain analysis by finite element method, and considering the mechanical characteristic of multi-layered fiber-reinforced rubber and strength theory of single-layered one, the strength analysis of air spring is implemented. Analysis indicates that fiber bears main load caused by air pressure.
