| Abstract: | The social relations of workers and staff members is the main factors of their realizing personal tactics of action and also of their looking for " the second occupation " or other new job. This paper centers on studying the reduction of social network as social carrier, owning by the workers and staff members without job of state enterprise and the reduction of social capital brought by lower ability of getting message from narrow social network. |
