| 摘 要： | 植物甾醇因其具有降低血脂和胆固醇等多种生物活性，越来越受到人们的重视。本文介绍了植物甾醇的定性和定量分析检测方法，并对6种定量分析检测方法和手段的利弊作了阐述。为植物甾醇的研究提供借鉴和参考。
