摘    要:研究军事工程渗漏检测技术及设备,对保证部队官兵的战备训练和生活、武器装备和军需物资的安全存储、军事功能的发挥以及军事任务的完成,具有十分重要的军事、经济意义。比较分析了军事工程渗漏检测技术与方法,确定电磁波技术法为军事工程渗漏检测设备的基本检测原理。分别从检测与传输、智能处理与分析、机械设计与合成、工程实验与验证4个主要分系统对军事工程渗漏检测设备的研制进行了阐述。应用军事工程渗漏检测设备进行了工程实践,解决了已建工程渗漏检测、新建工程防水、防渗漏工程质量验收的技术难题。

Abstract:It is of great military and economic significance to study the leak detecting technology and equipment for military engineering to ensure the army men's training and living, the safe storage of weapons, equipments and materials, the exertion of military functions and the accomplishment of military tasks. The technology and methods of leak detecting for military engineering are analyzed through comparison, and the method of electromagnetic wave technology is proved to be the basic detecting principle of leak detecting equipment for military engineering. The manufacture of leak detecting equipment for military engineering is expounded in four main subsystems, which are detecting and transmission, intelligent processing and analysis, mechanical design and composing, engineering experiment and testing. The engineering application of leak detecting equipment for military engineering is illustrated and the technical problems of leak detecting for old engineering and quality checking and accepting of waterproof engineering for new engineering are solved.
