基于熵权的改进型多指标综合评估方法及应用

提出了一种基于熵权的改进型多指标综合评估方法。在分析目前构建效用函数存在一定缺陷的基础上提出了一种较为理想的效用函数 ,以实现不同类型、不同量纲原始数据的标准化 ,同时较好地体现了“奖优罚劣”的原则。定义了评价指标的熵和熵权的概念 ,并提出了基于熵权的多指标综合评估的基本算法。以某企业为例对其经济效益进行了综合评估和结果分析 ,并讨论了基于熵权的改进型多指标综合评估方法的优点。

A METHOD OF AMELIORATIVE MULTI-OBJECTIVE SYNTHETIC EVALUATION BASED ON ENTROPY WEIGHT AND ITS APPLICATION

In this paper,a method of ameliorative multi-objective synthetic evaluation based on entropy weight is presented.First,a flawless utility function based on defective analyses of constructing utility function currently not only realizes original data standardization of different types and different dimensions, but also embodies the principle of "rewarding good and penalizing bad".Second,the paper defines evaluation index entropy and entropy weight,and elementary arithmetic of multi-objective synthetic evaluation based on entropy weight is described.Third,the arithmetic of multi-objective synthetic evaluation is applied to a real synthetic assessment of enterprise economic benefits and its result analysis.In the end of this paper,the advantages of ameliorative multi-objective synthetic evaluation based on entropy weight are discussed.
