| 摘 要： | 传统的净水工艺过程控制系统取得的测控效果越来越不满意。介绍了金属膜净水过程控制系统的工作原理、膜污染阻力的数学模型，提出了基于LabVIEW工艺的金属膜净水过程控制系统。对膜净水工艺过程、膜污染监控过程的软、硬件进行了设计与集成。并通过净水实验，分析膜通量的变化得出结论，金属膜净水过程控制系统取得了良好的实验效果。
