从近年来的几场高技术局部战争来看,在未来高技术局部战争中,交战双方都将广泛使用电子战手段,谁拥有了"制电磁权",谁就能掌握战争的主动权.以近年的几次高技术局部战争为背景,对电子战在海军基地防御战斗中的使用和战术运用情况进行了研究,分析了在海军基地防御中电子战的作战组织形式及特点,并提出了一些建议.

Electronic countermeasure in naval base defensive combat

Judging from the high-tech local wars in recent years,in the future high-tech local wars,both of the fire exchanging sides will widely use electronic warfare means.Whoever possesses"the power to control electromagnetic"will gain the initiative in the war.Based on the recent high-tech local wars,the use and tactics deployment of electronic warfare in the naval base defensive combats are investigated,the operations organizing forms and features of naval base are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward.
