| Abstract: | The valuable instruments have played more and more important role during the process of laboratory construction in tmiversities and colleges. Therefore it is urgent for colleges and universities to reinforce management and maintenance, improve the quality of management personnel and establish the system for evaluation so as to improve the effectiveness of using valuable instruments, the returns on investment as well as the level of running the university. |
