海警部队思想政治工作对策探讨

当前海警部队船艇官兵思想政治工作存在着党支部对思想政治工作领导力度不够,思想政治教育针对性不强、效果不明显,经常性思想工作对船艇官兵各种思想问题解决不及时等问题。为此,要充分发挥船艇党支部对思想政治工作的组织领导作用,加强船艇政工干部队伍建设,增强船艇官兵思想政治教育的针对性、实效性,加强海警部队船艇官兵心理教育和心理训练,落实从优待警措施,开展丰富多彩的船艇文化生活。

A Research on Strengthening Marine Police's Ideological and Political Work

With the current ideological and political work for the ship officers and soldiers in the marine police,there exist the following problems： the party branch＇s inadequate leadership on ideological and political work,the lack of pertinence and unobvious effects of the ideological and political education,not-just-in-time solution to various ideological problems in routine ideological work.Therefore,the paper proposes the following countermeasures： the organization and leadership of ideological and political work should be given full play to by the party branch of the army ship;the political work cadres contingent building should be strengthened;the pertinence and efficiency of ideological and political education to the ship officers and soldiers should be enhanced;the psychological education and training of the ship officers and soldiers should be strengthened;measures to treat the police preferentially should be implemented;a rich variety of cultural activities of vessels should be developed.
