| 摘 要： | 在研究型大学成为许多高校追求目标的同时，应当关注除知识生产、传播和应用之外的领域，学生工作便是其中之一。本文试图探究在研究型大学中，本科生学生工作的功能应当如何定位这一问题。这与研究型大学本科生的培养目标息息相关。
