双离合器自动变速系统动力学建模及仿真研究

摘    要:在分析双离合器自动变速器的典型结构及工作原理的基础上,利用面向对象的图形化系统仿真分析软件EASY5,建立了典型湿式双离合器动力换挡的自动变速器及其控制系统的动力学模型,并与采用传统的手动变速系统的车辆对比, 进行了加速性能的仿真分析,研究了车辆换挡过渡过程中影响换挡品质的主要因素及其改进措施。为这种新型的自动变速器在我国的推广和应用研究提供了一些基本的理论依据。

Abstract:Based on a brief analysis of typical schematic and principle of a power-shift transmission that features a dual-clutch design (DCT) , this paper models the dynamics of the transmission for the analysis of power-train overall performance and shift transient characteristics. The shift schedule of the transmission control system and the methods to facilitate shift quality are proposed. As a numerical example, the developed power-train model is used to simulated startup and acceleration of a vehicle equipped with the dual-clutch automated transmission. The simulation results show that the DCT system makes great improvements in vehicle dynamic and passenger comfort. The paper provides some theoretical basis for further research and application of DCT in automotive industry.
