| Abstract: | Under the new situation, in close connection with the two historic objectives of being capable of winning battles and never degenerating ,it is necessary to intensify the moral support and strengthen firm ideal and belief.Therefore,a good political setting must be created to educate, encourage and restrain officers and men and to further improve the spiritual prop by correct ideology theory,revolutionary high spirit and organizational discipline. |
