基于一元线性回归分析的舵机故障诊断算法

摘    要:针对舵机的卡死、松浮和输出偏差等故障采用基于模型的方法检测.故障诊断分两步进行,首先采用等价空间法来检测是否发生故障,在检测到故障的基础上引入一元线性回归分析对故障的性质和程度进行估计,并给出了根据舵机输入输出特性选取估计参数的方法.仿真结果表明,所采用故障诊断算法的实时性、准确性较好,具有一定的工程实用价值.

Abstract:A method of model-based fault diagnosis for actuator failure such as locking,floating and output bias is studied in this paper.Firstly,the Parity Space method is adopted to detect whether there is a failure,then fault diagnosis is proceed using Unitary Linear Recursive Analysis method.Depending on input-output characteristic of the actuator,deferent parameter is selected for fault estimate and signal processing.Simulation results show that the Fault Diagnosis algorithm based on Unitary Linear Recursive Anal...
