从西方的“多元文化主义”探析我国的民族教育理念

多元文化主义政策是以加拿大为典型的西方多民族国家在解决"国家一体"和"民族文化多元化"的冲突与和谐问题时所推行的一项主要政策。我国各民族在文化上的"多元一体格局"与西方的多元文化主义有异有同。本文以两者的异同为出发点,研究如何借鉴西方多元文化主义理论,以促进我国的民族教育理念的发展。

From Multiculturalism of Western World to Analyzing National Minority Education Idea of our Nation

Multiculturalism policy is a main policy of multicatial nation in the western world to solve the question of conflict and harmony between "one unity of nation" and "pluralism of national culture",especially in Canada.There is similarities and differences between "the pattern of diversity in one unity of our nation"and multiculturalism in the western world.In the basis of their similarities and differences,this article analyzes the way to develope minority education idea of our nation,referring to multiculturalism in the western world.
