| 摘 要： | 以火炮身管自增强处理为背景 ,根据炮钢材料实际的拉伸—压缩试验曲线和性能参数 ,将Bauschinger效应系数和强化效应系数作为加载阶段产生的相当塑性应变的函数 ,对厚壁圆筒自增强处理产生的残余应力分布规律进行了理论分析和实验研究。

| Abstract: | Based on simulating gun tubes autofrettaged technology,according to real tension-compression test curve of the PCrNiMo and PcrNi3Mov,considered the Bauschinger effect factor and the linear strain-hardening factor as a function of the equivalent plastic strain during loading,the paper studies the residul stress distribution of autofrettaged thick-walled cylinder in theory and experiment. |
