基于GAHP的综合光电对抗系统作战能力评估

为了准确地反映综合光电对抗系统的实际作战能力和水平,采用灰色聚类理论和层次分析法相结合的灰色层次分析法评估综合光电对抗系统作战能力。建立了光电对抗系统作战能力评估指标体系层次结构;以评估流程为基础,提出了一种基于GAHP的作战能力评估模型。评估实例表明,该方法能充分利用试验检验信息以及评估者的判断信息,减少了主观因素和不确定因素的影响,提高了评估结论的准确性,是综合电子战系统作战能力评估的一种有效方法。

A Combat Power Evaluation Based on Grey-AHP on Photoelectric Warfare System

For making known the actual combat power of Photoelectric Warfare System ,The paper applies grey clustering theory and AHP to the Combat Power evaluation . It presents the index configuration of Combat Power, and puts forward a synthetic evaluation model based on evaluation flow. The example indicates that the model can make full use of testing and evaluating information and reduce the subjective and uncertain factor´s influence to improve the veracity of evaluation. Grey-AHP provides one effective method for the evaluation of EW system combat power.
