| 摘 要： | 放火案件社会影响恶劣,危害巨大,必须下大力遏制放火案件的发生。分析讨论了放火案件多发的原因,从火灾调查、完善管理机制、加强消防法制宣传教育、加大执法力度、防止季节性放火案件的发生等几个方面提出了有效控制放火案件发生的具体措施。
