高校师生关系的错位与和谐师生关系的构建

摘    要:师生关系的和谐是实施和谐教育的前提。目前,高校师生关系存在着尴尬的错位,具体表现在师生角色定位与关系认可、师生情感和师生价值观念、评价标准等三个方面。构建和谐师生关系需以尊重作为和谐师生关系的坐标,以教育爱作为和谐师生关系的切入点,以助长式作为和谐师生关系的展开模式。

Abstract:A harmonious teacher-student relationship is the premise of the implementation of harmonious education.At present,there exists an awkward dislocation of the teacher-student relationship.This article,from the role localization,the emotion,the values and the evaluation criteria,analyses in detail the behavior of the dislocated relationship between university teachers and students.And on this basis,the article proposes a breakthrough point and pattern of how to construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
