| 摘 要： | 在研究装备需求论证和装备全寿命周期基本理论的基础上,建立了"螺旋型"的装备全寿命周期模型,依据该模型将装备全寿命周期划分为需求论证、方案设计、演示验证、工程研制、生产部署、使用保障和退役报废7个阶段。分析了基于装备全寿命周期的装备需求论证的基本概念,将装备需求论证的工作过程划分为需求生成与确认、需求修正与实现、需求验证与反馈3个阶段,并阐述了3个阶段的主要工作内容。 |
