Zn-Pb合金液相分离机制研究

摘    要:根据Zn-Pb合金液相分离过程,建立了两相熔体中弥散相液滴粗化模型,并进行了模拟计算。通过试验对比,证实了该模型的理论合理性。

Abstract:Based on liquid-liquid phase separation process of Zn-Pb Alloy, coasening and growth mechanisms of the second phase droplets in the matrix melt have been discussed. Through theoretical analyses and calculation, the results obtained from calculation are consistent with experimental data, proving the correctness of theoretical analyses.
