金属膜陶瓷膜净水技术试验研究

摘    要:试验研究了金属膜陶瓷膜净水的主要影响因素及变化规律,提出了用金属膜陶瓷膜净水工艺替代传统的加药混凝、沉淀过滤净水工艺的水处理系统。重点研究了不同种类金属膜对浊度物质的去除、膜压差及膜渗透通量随时间的变化规律;陶瓷微滤膜渗透通量、出水浊度随时间的变化规律及在不同膜压差、不同进口流量的情况下膜渗透通量随时间的变化规律。试验表明了金属膜陶瓷膜具有良好的过滤性能。

Abstract:In this paper, the important reason and developing tendency were analyzed through the experiment research. The water purification system was created on the metal membrane and ceramic membrane, its replace traditional system that is mixing and flocculation, setting, graity filtration. It is important that the change rule about the different metal membrane wipe off the mud, the change of the different membrane press and the membrane filter flux with time; the change rule that the filter flux of the ceramic membrane and the exceeding muddy with time. The filter flux of the ceramic membrane change the rule with time on the different pressure, the different exceeding flux. The test makes known that the metal membrane and the ceramic membrane have well filtrated capability.
