Targets' Threat Ranking based on Uncertain Language Multi-attribute Decision

Being aimed at the factors which affect the threat of different kinds of targets established the index system of targets' threat.Based the index system,the paper used the model of uncertain language multi-attribute decision to rank the targets' threat.The model not only incarnated the factors affecting the different kinds of targets' threat,but also used the experience of the experts adequately.It can reflect the actual circumstances and enhance the degree of intellectualizing.
