重型特种车辆变速箱空载台架试验换挡技术

摘    要:重型车辆变速箱进行部件修理时,为检验修理质量,变速箱装配好后,需进行变速箱空载台架试验。试验时,换挡操纵比在原车辆上换挡困难得多。为优化试验台结构,简化设计,实现试验台集成设计,对空载台架试验的换挡操纵装置采用气动换挡技术,并增加了控制机构。通过试验证明,气动换挡机构较好地解决了变速箱台架的换挡问题,减轻了劳动强度。
