克里米亚事件对中国的启示

克里米亚闪电入俄,其深层原因应为俄罗斯强大的军事硬实力和英雄主义传统的软实力。然而,乌克兰加入欧盟的强烈意愿,又从另一方面反映出俄罗斯在与西方软实力较量上仍处于被动状态。克里米亚事件对中国的启迪在于:大国战略目标需要全方位构建,并适时根据自己的国力以及所处的国际格局,清晰定位自身的战略态势,由此制定每一个历史阶段的战略任务。

Implications of the Crimean Event for China

Both Russia＇s military hard power and soft power of traditional heroism account for Crimea＇s sud- den merging into Russia. However, Ukraine＇s strong will to join the European Union, on the other hand, re- flects Russia＇s passive state of soft power in its contest against the West. The implications of Crimean event for China are manifold. It is necessary for major states to build their strategic objectives on a comprehensive ba- sis, clearly position themselves for strategic posture in accordance with the national and international situations at a due time and thus devise their own strategic tasks of every historical phase.
