Model of Threat Evaluation Ordering Based on MA

Modern Naval ships are facing more and more threat from the air so that this paper provides a method for the order of threat based on the theory of the MA. Furthermore it gives a whole process through an example to solve the problem of target threat evaluation and ordering. We can draw a conclusion that the efficiency of air defense for the naval ships combat is improved by using this methord.
