| Abstract: | It was once pointed out by Jiang Zemin that it's of great significance in theory as well in reality to construct the political civilization of socialism and deem it the object of building a well-off society .It is a further development of the Marxist standpoint on civilization;a break through in emancipating the mind and putting forward the reform of the political system; a driving force for the construction of the socialist modernization and a stabilizer for the political stability and unity of the society. |
