| 摘 要： | C4ISR系统的复杂性及重要作用使得其评价问题得到了前所未有的重视.结合国内外的最新进展,综述了当前C4ISR系统的评价方法.重点对性能评价和效能评价两类方法进行了深入的分析研究,指出在两类方法之间找到一种确切的量化连接关系是研究难点.最后提出了该领域需要关注的关键研究方向及发展趋势.

| Abstract: | Evaluation of C~4ISR system has been attached more importance.Combined with the recent development of this field,the present evaluation methods of C~4ISR system is reviewed.Emphatically,a deep analysis is made on the methods of performance evaluation and effectiveness evaluation of C~4ISR system.The key problem of the research is to find a exactly quantitative relationship between the two classes of methods.At last,some key research aspects and development trends on the evaluation of C~4ISR system are pointed out. |
