测真空二极管强电子束流的同轴分流器

摘    要:本文介绍了一种结构紧凑,安装在阳极座中,测量真空二极管内阴阳极间电子束流的同轴分流器,经定标此分流器的电阻为ZmΩ,响应时间为3.2ns。已用它测量81-7M-01强流相对论电子束加速器二极管的电子束流,测得的束流强度为90kA左右。此同轴分流器结构简单,易于使用,在研究阴阳极的材料和形状对二极管束流的影响等方面有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract:A compact coaxial shunt, which is assembled in anode seat, is introduced.The active resistance and response time are calibrated to be 2mfl and 3' 2ns, respectively.The shunt has been used to measure intense beam current from vacuum diode of 81-7M-01Intense Relativistic Electron Beam Accelerator and measurement beam current is about90kA. This kind of shunt with simple structure is used easily and potential applied in re-search of material and form of anode and cathode effecting on electron beam currents of vac-uum diode.
