| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种用数字示波器测试模拟电路线性元件阻抗的方法,该方法利用数字示波器的数字化和存储功能,将测试信号数字化,即通过示波器的A/D电路对测试信号进行采样,通过对采样数据进行处理,求出测试信号的幅度和相位,对测试信号的虚、实部进行分离,计算出元件的阻抗,给出了该测试方法的实现系统。

| Abstract: | A new method of measuring impedance of linear element in analog circuits is pre-sented in this paper. The method is based on digitizing oscilloscope. By using the digitizing and storing functions of oscilloscope, the measuring signal can be digitized, namely though the A/D circuits of oscilloscope, the signal is sampled. Processing sampling data, the amplitude and phase of the measuring signal can be evaluated, and the real - part and the imaginary - part of measuring signal can be separated. The element - value can also be calculated. |
