Abstract:Combining with the task of an intelligent system for rolling bearing faults diagnosis (BFD system), this paper presents a set of practicable estimation equations. By using these equations, the bearing forcing frequencies based on a number of rollers and shaft speed can be calculated. How to set the alarm parameters and alarm limits of BFD system, the trend prediction and analysis of experimental diagnosis results are also presented in this paper.
