| Abstract: | In order to strengthen the top-level design and promote the development of weaponry and military equipment purchasing theory,this paper constructs the theory system framework and points out the research direction for the weaponry and military equipment purchase acquisition theory,on basis of analyzing the necessity of purchasing theory system research,with vertically and horizontally unified method. |
