| 摘 要： | 针对现役装备改造过程中存在的缺乏系统性和缺少评估的问题，在深入分析装备改造过程的基础上，建立了现役装备改造效果指标和评分表格，提出了改造效果的评估流程，通过将该方法应用于我军现役装备改造评估，证明了该方法的可行性．

| Abstract: | In order to resolve the problems of lacking systematic method and evaluation of the active-service equipments＇ modernization, the modernizing process is analyzed in this paper, and the effect index and evaluation forms are given. Then, the evaluation process is proposed. In the end, the method is used in the modernization evaluation,which proves its feasibility. |
