摘    要:在运加油车辆纵向稳定性校核中,准确确定在坡道使车辆倾翻最危险时罐内油料的装载量和质心位置是关键。由于罐体形状的复杂性,使得理论计算非常困难。介绍了利用3D模型对运加油车稳定性校核的新方法,该方法可快速准确地求解各种复杂罐体运加油车在坡道上不同装载量下的质心位置。

Abstract:In the process of tank truck longitudinal stability checking, the key factor is how to compute exactly the volume and center of mass position of oil the tank truck loaded, when the tank truck is about to turn over on slope. It is very difficult to compute the oil volume and the center of mass position in theory because the shape of tank truck oilcan is very complex. A new method for checking longitudinal stability based on 3D model of the oil in tank truck oilcan is introduced. Using the method, the center position of tank truck with complex oilcans, can be calculated quickly and exactly when the tank truck is on slope with different load.
