Abstract:Nowadays,there is still a shortage of theoretical studies on frame-supported short-leg shear wall structure,though it has been widely applied to present projects.Based on experiment and results of analysis,a comparative analysis is made on the seismic parameters of the stress mechanics,bearing capacity,damage shape,hysteretic characteristics,distortion ability,ductility factor, seismic dissipation and damage mechanism when the transfer structure is under vertical load and horizontal load,respectively.The influence on the structure behavior and seismic behavior of the specimens with different wall’s arrangements is obtained.According to test phenomenon of specimens and the strain of steel bars development regulation,rational design suggestions and constructional requirements are proposed to the application of frame-supported short-leg shear wall transfer structures in practical projects.
