阀门电动装置智能速度控制器研究与仿真

摘    要:针对阀门电动装置难以实现阀门快速准确定位和柔性关断的问题,采用位置和速度双闭环调节控制方法,通过参数自调节控制策略,设计了基于模糊PID控制原理 的智能速度控制器.仿真结果表明,智能速度控制器可以实现阀门变速调节、快速准确定位和柔性关断.

Abstract:Aiming at the difficult realization of accurate orientation quickly and soft shut executed by electric actuator,an intelligent velocity controller based on theory of Fuzzy PID is designed,in which a double closed loop of position and velocity is applied as the control procedure,and parameter self-tuning is adopted as the control strategy.As demonstrated the simulations the controller makes electric actuator locates quickly and accurately and shut softly.
