A Discussion of the Psychological Training of the Border-control Officers and Soldiers

The border - control forces are taking on a complex and dangerous task in arresting tasks resulting in kinds of psychological stresses. So it is urgent to deal with the psychological management of officers and soldiers in order to improve their psychological abilities. This paper mainly talks about the psychological behavioral training and its aim, task and mechanism, basic principles and basic methods in terms of the working practice of the border - control, the knowledge about the psychology and the behaviorism. The paper is to offer some suggestions to improve the psychological behavioral abilities and the battle effectiveness of the forces.
